Sustain-Second-Hand

1. Hand in your Oscar Jacobson garment to Sustain, in one of our stores or by posting your garments to us.

2. When the garment is sold, you get to choose between:

A) 60% of the sale price in a gift card when the garment is sold

B) 40% of the sale price in cash when the garment is sold

C) 50% of the sale price in a gift card before the garment is sold.*

3. The garment must be whole, clean and fitting to the season.

4. Once Sustain receives your garment, you will receive a receipt and an estimated sale price.

5. When the garment is sold, you will be notified. if you have submitted more garments you will only be notified when all garments have been sold.

*For gift cards before the garment is sold, Sustain compares your garment to similar, previously sold garments and pays out 50% immediately. Request a valuation if you want to use this option. Only applies when submitting to Sustain.

The gift voucher is valid for 3 years in our physical stores or online in Sweden.

Presentkortet är giltigt i tre år och kan användas i Oscar Jacobsons butiker och e-handel i Sverige. The voucher can not be used at Åhléns City and Hansa, Malmö.
