About My Account
When you create or use a customer account with Oscar Jacobson, you get access to My Account. There you can view and update your customer details and see information related to your purchases and our services.
Sign-in (one-time code and external providers)
We offer passwordless sign-in. You create an account and sign in by verifying your identity, either using a one-time code sent to the email address you provide or via an external sign-in provider (Google or Apple).
Authentication service (Auth0)
To provide secure sign-in and account access, we use an external authentication service (Auth0) that manages the sign-in flow, such as one-time-code verification and sign-in via external providers. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Purchase history (online and in-store)
In My Account you can view your purchases and your history. Online and in-store purchases will appear in My Account when they can be linked to your account via your email address. This means you need to use the same email address as on your account when making purchases. Purchases made before the account was created may also appear, and for in-store purchases this applies if you provided your email address for a digital receipt at the time of purchase.
Custom Made
If you have created or purchased a made-to-measure product via our Custom Made service, you can view relevant information in My Account related to your made-to-measure products, such as previous orders, saved configurations, and detailed information about your unique choices.
Sustain by Oscar Jacobson
If you have handed in and sold second-hand items through our Sustain by Oscar Jacobson concept, you can view Sustain-related information in My Account, such as items handed in, sales history, and current balances (e.g., gift cards or cash values).
Gift cards
In My Account you can register gift cards to view the current balance and, where applicable, use the gift card in connection with purchases in accordance with our terms. Read more under “General Terms and Conditions”.
Communications (email/SMS) and preferences
We use your account details to register and administer your account, give you access to My Account, and store useful information related to (previous) purchases on the account. We may also send information, news and offers by email and/or SMS in accordance with your communication preferences. You can easily change your preferences in My Account and unsubscribe via the link in our messages. Transactional messages (e.g., order and delivery information) are not affected by this.
Incorrect email address
If you have entered an incorrect email address in connection with a purchase or your account, please contact customer service and we will help you.
Close account
If you want to close your account, please contact customer service. We handle closure and deletion/anonymisation in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
