MARTIN'S THREE FAVOURITE SPOTS
Café Saturnus:
This relaxed café inspires me with its selection of breakfast, lunch, and fika, as well as its atmosphere. The outdoor seating during summer is the perfect place to start your day with a coffee and plan your daily activities. One of my favourites on the menu is the almond croissant.
Hotell J, Nacka Strand:
Near the dock in Nacka Strand, you get the best view of the inlet and all the boats. You can also walk along the water or enjoy a coffee or glass of wine at Hotel J. During the summer they have a charming garden where I love to sip on an iced latte and watch the tourists who have discovered this gem.
Djurgården:
I love spending summer days at Djurgården in Stockholm. It’s a green oasis, perfect for escaping the city crowds and ideal for a picnic with friends.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR SUMMER STYLE?
My summer style is characterised by various linen garments and white trousers, combined with a double-buttoned linen blazer for the evenings. I also prefer looser silhouettes to create a relaxed look. This summer, I found great inspiration in Matt Damon and Jude Law's iconic style in the movie The Talented Mr. Ripley, where the knitted short-sleeved shirt is a clear favourite piece.
