Right now we offer an extended right of return until January 16th, so you can buy your Christmas presents well in advance and return if needed.

Oscar Jacobson always offers free returns on all orders, including SALE and promotional goods. You will always receive a confirmation by email after we process and refund your return.


If you wish to make a return, please use our return form and return label (address label) that we will send with your order. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:


  • Fill in the return code and returned quantity that applies to your return.
  • Put the item you wish to return together with the Return form in a suitable packaging. If you re-use packaging please ensure you either remove any previous shipping labels or score over them with a thick marker pen.
  • Attach the return label which was included with your original purchase. If you don´t have it, please contact us at customerservice@oscarjacobson.com or +46 33-23 33 00.
  • Attach the label flat so that the barcodes are clearly visible.
  • If your order was delivered by PostNord: Drop off your return at the nearest service point.
  • If your order was delivered by DHL: Book your pickup at dhl.dk/da/express.html (Bestil en retur afhentning) or call +45 70 345 345. You will be asked to provide the WAYBILL number stated on your new label and the address for collection.
  • You can also drop off your return at the nearest DHL service point.
  • You can track the progress of your return shipment using the WAYBILL number on dhl.dk.

You have the right to return your order without giving a reason within fourteen (14) days. The return period expires fourteen (14) days after the date on which you or any third party acting on your behalf, but not the carrier, takes the item in physical possession.


If you make a return, we will refund all payments received from you regarding the goods in question. The refund will be made without unnecessary delay, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we received your notice that you wish to make a return.   • Attach one of the two return labels (which was included with your original purchase) on the packaging so that the barcodes are clearly visible. The other return label needs to be given to the DHL staff, or put inside the transparent bag and fixed on the outside of the packaging.   • You also need to fill in both CUSTOMS INVOICES included in the original purchase. Please tick the box of the article you intend to return. Write the total return value at the bottom. Sign your name and date of the return on the bottom. Put one of the CUSTOMS INVOICES inside the transparent bag and give the other one to the DHL staff at pickup.

You will be asked to provide the WAY BILL number stated on your new label and the address for collection.
