Local Guide Stockholm with Danyel Couet
Oscar Jacobson Local Guide - Stockholm with Danyel Couet
Danyel Couet is one of Sweden’s most well-known chefs and restaurateurs, with French roots and a strong influence on modern Swedish restaurant culture. Today, he runs the restaurant Allegrine, where classic French cuisine is served with a modern and personal interpretation. In The Oscar Jacobson Local Guide, he shares his selected places in Stockholm, from classic flavours to personal favourites.
Djurgårdsbrunn
Djurgårdsbrunn is a place I often return to and visit year-round. A cosy café next to Djurgården, especially beautiful in summer when everything is green. My wife and I often walk here with our dog for a coffee and a cinnamon bun.
Gondolen & Pelago
From the famous restaurant Gondolen’s terrace, you get one of Stockholm’s most beautiful views and a very enjoyable lunch. Right next door is Pelago, where you can finish with a drink or two and continue to enjoy the view.
