Usually you cannot choose to order items that are out of stock, when the items that are out of stock are not shown in the online store. However, many of our products are available in very limited quantities, so we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible when you find a product you like. Your product will be placed in the basket immediately when you click on "buy". After thirty (30) minutes of inactivity the product is released again if you have not completed your purchase, and will be available to other customers. In exceptional cases, there may be a product that, according to the system, is in stock even though it is out of stock and cannot be delivered to you. In this case, we will contact you to try to find a suitable replacement product.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided in connection with the order. With this, the agreement is concluded. If for any reason we are unable to send your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have already paid for the order at that time, we will refund the amount paid. The refund will be made without unnecessary delay and will be carried out using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If for any reason we must refund by some other method, we will contact you so that we can make the refund.

Card payment is done with secure PCI-DSS-certified pages at DIBS. When you send your order we will check that the total amount are available on your account, but no money will be deducted until your order leaves our stock for delivery. Accepted cards are VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.

Payment with Paypal
When you use Paypal for payment, Paypal deducts the amount of your purchase from funds in your Paypal account or authorizes payment from the credit card that you have linked to your Paypal account. Paypal generates an email to you to confirm the transaction and the transfer of funds.
