Tennis and tailoring have much in common. Both have a rich history, strong traditions and a distinct sense of style. They are built on precision, attention to detail and expertise refined over generations.
This year, Oscar Jacobson is the Official Premium Partner of Bybit Stockholm Open, one of the world’s most historic indoor tennis tournaments. Founded in 1969, the tournament takes place at the Royal Tennis Hall in Stockholm, where generations of the world’s finest tennis players have competed.
Throughout the tournament, we dress all volunteers. But we have also created something for the player who ultimately claims victory.
A Blazer That Can Only Be Won
A one-of-a-kind blazer, tailored exclusively for this year’s Stockholm Open champion.
The blue colour has been developed specifically for the tournament, inspired by the hard court at centre court and the distinctive blue carpet in the players’ lounge. White embroidery and lining details draw inspiration from the tennis court lines.
The fabric comes from the Italian mill Loro Piana, woven in wool with natural stretch, a subtle lustre and an elegant drape. Every material, construction detail and finishing touch has been carefully considered, reflecting the tailoring expertise that has defined Oscar Jacobson since 1903.
A New Tradition in a Tournament with Over 50 Years of History
The blazer will be worn by the champion during the trophy presentation following the final. A tradition intended to continue, with a new edition created for a new winner each year.
