COMPLAINTS (Denmark)


With Oscar Jacobson, it is always free of charge to make a complaint regarding one or more items that you purchased on oscarjacobson.com.


HOW TO MAKE A COMPLIANT


If you want to make a complaint, please contact customerservice@oscarjacobson.com or phone +46 33-23 33 00. Please describe your case and request a new return form and return shipping slip. 


Then do the following:

  • Fill in the "Return Code" in the Return Form that matches your complaint.
  • Put the return form in the package together with the item(s) you are returning.
  • Attach the return label (the address label) to the package you want to return.
  • Leave the package with your nearest PostNord service point.

You are always entitled to return defective goods within three (3) years of receipt, provided you notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after you have discovered it. Returns made within two (2) months of the discovery of the defect are always considered to have been returned within a reasonable period of time.


If the goods you returned are found to be defective, Oscar Jacobson will make a full refund corresponding to your purchase price for the goods. For a product to be considered defective, the defect must have occurred before it was sold. If you return a defective product within six (6) months from the date of sale, the defect is deemed to have occurred before it was sold, unless Oscar Jacobson shows this not to be the case. If the return is made more than six (6) months after the date of sale, you are required to provide proof that the defect occurred before the date of sale.

With Oscar Jacobson, it is always free of charge to make a complaint regarding one or more items that you purchased on oscarjacobson.com.


HOW TO MAKE A COMPLIANT


If you want to make a complaint, please contact customerservice@oscarjacobson.com or phone +46 33-23 33 00. Please describe your case and request a new return form and return shipping slip. 


Then do the following:

  • Pack the item you wish to return in suitable packaging. If you re-use packaging please ensure you either remove any previous shipping labels or score over them with a thick marker pen.
  • Put the return form in the package together with the item(s) you are returning.
  • Attach the return label (the address label) on the package you want to return.
  • Book the pickup at dhl.com or call +358 (0) 30 45 34. You will be asked to provide the WAY BILL number stated on your new label and the address for collection. We recommend, where possible, that you give an address which has guaranteed possibilities for DHL Express to make a collection during the daytime such as your work address. DHL can collect from home addresses provided someone is home to receive them.
  • You can track the progress of your return shipment using the Airway bill number on www.dhl.com.
