Oscar Jacobson offer free shipping on all orders (including SALE and other promotions).

The goods are shipped the same day for orders made before 13:00 on weekdays. Our goal is to deliver your goods within one to three (1-3) business days after you place your order. The goods are shipped with PostNord and we offer free shipping. The goods will be shipped to the delivery point closest to your chosen address.


We pick and pack your order as soon as we can. After you receive the order confirmation, you can not change or cancel your order. If you want to cancel or change your order after you’ve received the order confirmation, you must make a return, which is free of charge.


Your package will be left at the delivery point for seven (7) days, after which the package will be returned to us. For packages that are not picked up, an administrative fee of three hundred kroner (300 DKK) will be added. The fee covers the cost of shipping, return and administration. If you regret your purchase after the package of your goods has been shipped from Oscar Jacobson, you should therefore pick up your package and return it to us under the terms of the right of regret.

EXPRESS


Oscar Jacobson offers express delivery at a cost of 99 DKK. You will then receive your order at home by the next day, given that you have placed your order before 13:00 on a weekday. Please note that certain postcodes in rural areas have extended delivery time (+1 day) for express delivery.


If, after several attempts, the freight forwarder cannot deliver the package to you, the package will be returned to us. Then an administrative fee of 300 NOK will be added. The fee covers the cost of shipping, return and administration. If you wish to regret your order after you have received your order confirmation, we ask you to wait for your delivery, pick up your package and then send it back to us under the regret terms.


If your prefer to pick up your package at a service, you simply answer the text message that DHL sent out after you've placed your order.


DELIVERY (Finland)

Orders placed before 13:00 PM (workdays) will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed during weekends or on Swedish public holidays will be delivered next working day. We deliver directly to your requested address with DHL within 2-3 workdays.


The delivery works as following:

  1. Receiver is notified by DHL via email/SMS.
  2. Receiver access ODD via smart link on PC or mobile device.
  3. Receiver makes delivery option change request.
  4. DHL receives and executes the request.
  5. Receiver gets an updated notification from DHL with the confirmed delivery option.
