WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
In the current situation we deliver to addresses in Sweden and United Kingdom.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Normally orders placed before 12:00 PM (workdays) will be delivered from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed during weekends or on Swedish public holidays will be delivered next working day. We deliver directly to your requested address with DPD within 4-5 workdays. You will get a text message or an email giving you the correct details about your delivery. You will also get a tracking number on the delivery confirmation to be able to trace your parcel. HAVE MY RETURN BEEN REGISTERED?
We aim to process and make a repayment to your account within 14 days after we have received your return. You will get a confirmation by email when we have processed your return
DOES THE RIGHT TO RETURN (of 14 days) ALSO APPLY ON SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS?
The right to return applies to all items! The item shall be unused and in a new condition.
